The Newark
Apple brandy, Vermouth di Torino, Fernet-Branca, Luxardo
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Laird's 100 Proof Apple Brandy
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- .25 oz. Fernet-Branca
- .25 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
Combine:
- Stir with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe
Notes:
- Fernet-Branca and Luxaro maraschino have very strong flavors which is why you use them is smaller quantities
- A great drink to showcase the power of Laird's 100 Proof.
- Vya Sweet vermouth is in the original recipe, but Vermouth di Torino worked very well.
