Apple brandy, Vermouth di Torino, Fernet-Branca, Luxardo

Ingredients:

  •  2 oz. Laird's 100 Proof Apple Brandy
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth 
  • .25 oz. Fernet-Branca
  • .25 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur

Combine:

  • Stir with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe

 

Notes:

  • Fernet-Branca and Luxaro maraschino have very strong flavors which is why you use them is smaller quantities
  • A great drink to showcase the power of Laird's 100 Proof.
  • Vya Sweet vermouth is in the original recipe, but Vermouth di Torino worked very well.
