Clover Club Cocktail
Gin, Dry Vermouth, Simple Syrup, Egg White, Raspberries
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Beefeater Gin
- .75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- .75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 5 Raspberries
Instructions:
- Put gin, vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup and rasberries into shaker.
- Muddle raspberries
- Dry shake for about 20 seconds
- Shake with ice for 10 seconds
- Double strain into chilled coupe .
Notes:
- Garnish with a raspberry
